Welcome to the Liscious online shop.  We are Mara Minuzzo and Patrick Lajoie -  the ‘us’ in ‘original design, made by us’, the makers of everything you see in our shop.

Our company is essentially a modern family business and we pride ourselves on the original design, high quality, and accessible prices of our products - all of which are made in our studio/workshop, here in Caledon, Ontario and most importantly - Canada.   Our combined creative backgrounds were the impetus for starting the business back in 1996.  Patrick studied fine art and graphic design at the Ontario College of Art and is also a skilled woodworker, cabinet-furniture maker.   Mara has a BA in Fashion Design from Ryerson University, is a skilled seamstress and also an artist.  On top of that, we have both honed many other skills during our 14 years as small business owners and continue to wear many hats in the day-to-day running of our business (see job description diagram). 

Besides right here at our online shop, you can also buy our products at the annual Spring or Christmas One of a Kind Craft shows in downtown Toronto www.oneofakindshow.com , as well as at select fine retailers across Canada.  *For retailers in your area email us at  mail@liscious.com .
